Our Story

From shared struggle
to shared solutions

All-In EdTech Solutions (U) Limited was not born in a boardroom. It was born in lecture halls, corridors, and the quiet moments of frustration that many students in Uganda know well.

Our beginning

Our founders, like many students, experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating academic life with limited resources — struggling to afford study materials, lacking access to essential services, facing barriers that made learning harder than it should be.

“We struggle to get study materials, and here they are being used to wrap food.”

One afternoon, while buying snacks with two other students, the snacks came wrapped in paper torn from a discarded study module. That moment was a wake-up call. Something was deeply wrong — and we knew we weren't alone.

The research

We reached out to fellow students across Ugandan higher learning institutions — public and private, urban and rural. The responses were overwhelming: challenges ranged from lack of affordable stationery and printing, to limited access to internet and basic academic resources. This wasn't a single problem. It was a collection of challenges that needed collective solutions.

The team comes together

A group of students from different academic backgrounds came together, each bringing their own expertise, energy, and ideas. We knew that solving these challenges would take more than a single solution — it would take a company designed to build multiple solutions for the many challenges learners face.

Together, we formed All-In EdTech Solutions (U) Limited, fully registered with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB), registration number 80034042939797.
